Miele S4212 Neptune

Miele s4212 Neptune is a canister vacuum cleaner which comes with an especial turbo brush for better carpet cleaning and pet hair removal, 1200 Watt powerful suctions - with an inbuilt filter (better protection against heat and dust particles), very low noises, mid size (easy to store and use), longer power cord + a telescopic wand are among its most basic features.

As with the Olympus s2120 the Neptune is also a really quite vac and the main on/off switch is located on the canister. So until you get used to it may feel a bit awkward. But not a biggie to worry about anyway. The turbo power head rely on the vacuum suctions (suction driven type) so may have a slight drop on the performance level but still it does remove a lot of pet hair and dust/dirt from the carpets, etc nonetheless.

It is powerful and as result can pick up larger things such as food spills with ease as well. But as a general precaution don't get too excited and try to "suck in" rough things such as larger metal nails for example which can damage the filter and the motor. The bag may not be as big as some of their other models but when considering the smaller size of the vac, bag has pretty decent capacity.

By combining with the provided attachments you can use it on a lot of different types of floors or places such as wood, hardwood, tiles, rugs, carpets, upholstery, etc ...just a few to name. The 5kg of weight is will be quite useful if you have to lift it and carry around for instance (even the hand-held dyson dc35 weights 2.2 kg!).

So if you want to buy a vacuum that has a little weight, still retaining powerful suctions, multi-floor ready, quite and has a lot of built in tools and can cope with the slightly higher cost, then Miele S4212 Neptune without a doubt is one of the best products that fall into that category!.
