we just purchased this machine having used the hovver model for years. and i must say that this machine is worth every penny. Simple to use and very good results. as a warning the hoover model while it does a good job has a factory defect they refuse to correct. that is the gear driver for the brushes has metal gears and is exposed to water and the gear rusts and then brushes dont turn. I'm glad i changed to the rug doctor.
ReplyDeleteI use to see these things all the time at the local grocery store and in fact have rented the rug doctor several times, that was until I figured out that I could actually afford to buy one....The actual price for an outright purchase of a Rug Doctor isn't is bad as one might think it is, especially if you add up all the renting fees paid just to rent one...
