The auto rinse (cleaning chemical) mixing feature is very handy meaning that you don't have to do anything, this machine does everything from mixing, applying on the carpets or rugs, etc. Very user friendly. The dual scrubbing (2 rollers) works extremely well on cleaning carpets and rugs and gives excellent result as promised by Hoover. The spot cleaning settings comes with two choices (either steam or spray).

The hose attachment is fixed to the main unit which is a good thing since a lose hose can do some damages because of the "wild" steam outputs. Even though the tanks has their own built in indicators, but thanks to the see through plastic cover you can see what's happening inside too.

So to put things together - the hoover platinum collection carpet cleaner is one of the best steam carpet cleaning tools available and might not the one if you have to lift it and take to another floor or looking for something that is cheap. But still if you're willing to bear those then this is one of the best products that can be highly recommended.
