*. Upright design.
*. Does not use bags (read this henry vacuum cleaner for more information about bags and bagless).
*. Has a 12 Amp motor.
*. No HEPA filters but you can purchase them manually and replace the default ones (which are not bad actually - they filter the air within 3 levels).

*. It has five different height adjustments that has to be done manually.
*. A wider 13.5 inches cleaning path.

Remember it is cheap. But cheap doesn't mean it is useless which is certainly not the case with Powerforce. However the durability is non top notched, which should be expected anyway. Pulling and pushing is easy but a bit hard while trying to rotate which is mainly due to the low quality wheels. The dust cup can be removed with ease, however when opening the dust bin look out for some pressured dirt "outputs". So the best thing is not to open it within the house but to go outside. But if you have allergies then this is not the product for you.
This can be used on various surfaces such as ceramics, tiles, wood hardwood, etc and the results were OK, but wasn't great. The motor and the brushes are not bad but it feels like they simply aren't capable of removing animal hair efficiently.
So as an ending note, if all you want is an "OK" product for vacuum clean your floors and can cope with the noise then the bissell powerforce bagless upright vacuum cleaner can be recommended but this is certainly not for those of you who want some serious results nonetheless.
