Bissell rewind smartclean is an upright vacuum cleaner which can be used for cleaning carpets, upholstery, stairs, low pile carpets and bare floors especially. The name "smartclean" is actually a patent technology of Bissell which is a dirt sensing system for giving better feedback to the user about the "cleanness" of the surfaces + the HEPA filters inside the vacuum.

This is a great floor cleaner if you have a lots of dirty carpets around. This might not be the best vacuum for pet hair but will remove them out of your carpets with impressive results nonetheless. The suction is really good and the noise is moderate. No more mites and allergic, etc thanks to the high performing HEPA filters.

The wire cord is not the most longest but the 7.6 meters of length is more than acceptable. Once the bin is full of dust it can be removed with ease. So if you have a lot of different types of flooring (especially carpets) and need an efficient cleaning tool, with a cheaper price then the Bissell rewind smartclean can be highly recommended for you.
