Bissell Velocity Vacuum Cleaner 3950 Series

Bissell velocity 3950 is an upright vacuum cleaner that is powered by a two stage powerful cyclonic suctions. And one of the problems that you have with vacuums is the frequent maintenance required for the HEPA filters. But according to Bissell the velocity 3950 series, thanks to muli-stage filtering, can be used for longer period of times without having to clean the filters themselves in comparison with others. This is also a multipurpose floor cleaning utility that can be used on various types of places such as rugs, carpets, etc (more later).

It has some weight no doubt but still pretty easy to maneuver. The two stage cyclonic does provides powerful suctions but still the noise levels are moderate. The height won't adjust automatically, so you'll have to do it all by yourself. It has built in indicators for notifying when the HEPA filters are needed to be cleaned which is pretty useful since with some products until you "feel" the loss of the suctions you have no idea whether they are blocked with dust or not.

The extension hose has to be wrapped around the back and is long (about 4.3 meters). And when combined with the excellent wire cord length, you can easily go from one room to the other with ease. The main on/off button is on the front of the device is on a bit unusual location, but when you've got used to it is not a problem. And it is capable of doing some impressive rugs, carpets, bare floor cleanings too.

So for a very reasonable price (when considering all the great features it has - long wire, hose, moderate noises, lots of on board tools, etc) the Bissell velocity 3950 upright vacuum cleaner is an excellent product.
