Bissell 3106A Featherweight Lightweight Vacuum

Bissell 3106a featherweight lightweight is an upright vacuum cleaner  as can be seen in the product name has a very little weight and can be converted from the default upright to a handheld with a push of a button. The ergonomic handle also reduces hand related strains while using + the surprisingly lower price is one of the main reasons behind its popularity without a doubt.

Although this is not just another cheap vac that does not contain any usable values to it and for its price and size this little machine from Bissell does have the ability to do some pretty decent jobs nonetheless.

*. I don't think anyone can make something that is similar to this tool and make it more lightweight than this (the weight is 3.5 lb or 1.5 kg to be precise).

*. As mentioned, easily convert-able from a upright vacuum to a hand-held.

*. Comes with a Beautiful looking Blue color (light Blue).

*. Easy to grip handle design (ergonomic).

*. Can be used on upholstery, stairs, carpets, couch, bare floors and draperies.

*. Bagless.

*. Comes with washable filters but are not HEPA ones. And when considering the price I don't think you can ask for them anyway. But since they are replaceable you can purchase HEPA filters (with allergic blocking, etc) manually and reattach afterword. So no worries there.

*. There isn't a big list of accessories to talk about but the do give you a crevice tool (which can come in handy when trying to reach places like corners with little space for instance).

*. The mop has some decent widths which is about 9.25 inches. But this is not the highest when in comparison with more pricey tools such bissell steam mop for instance but again when considering the price this is more than enough.The height of the mop will most definitely make it easier to clean under beds and furniture too. 

*. The dust cup is very easy to empty.

*. Warranty applies to a year (1).

*. The 301A is one of the most cheapest vacs.

If you have a lot of pets around then this may not be the best pet hair remover but still a pretty good one. However please remember that since it is powered by a somewhat smaller motor so if you have bigger objects such as food spills for instance then you might have to lift it and put right on top of them. Not the most joyful thing to do but the lightweight won't make it that harder to do anyway. But if you have rough and bigger materials then be aware that it can be pretty tough to remove them once stuck inside of the plastic guard for instance.

There are no provided tools for cleaning the filters other than using your bare hands!, but you can use a smaller brush for than nonetheless. And when it comes to the durability this doesn't rock and you actually can't realistically hope that it will anyway (again the tempting but at the same time "daunting" price!...). But the dust cup emptying is pretty easy to perform. And depending on the usage (not just this product but universally true to all) make sure to maintain the filters properly, because if "cared less" then they can end up damaging your motor.

So if you have a lot of stairs and tightly stored kitchen, etc to keep clean then the lower weight will definitely come and rescue you. And you can use the hand vac feature to clean upper areas such as couch and table for instance. So the bissell 3106a featherweight vacuum is more likely a very cheap, but an OK tool and will only "fit" those who require light-duty cleaning jobs only.
