Hoover Steamvac Supreme Deep Cleaner

Hoover steamvac supreme deep cleaner is one of the most cheapest steam cleaners (well it is not really a steamer - lacks an inbuilt heater.. more later) that you can find these days. But cheap doesn't mean it's useless and this upright cleaner can do some pretty good jobs nonetheless. And again this is a bit heavy design from Hoover but it has a bigger steam tank and wider cleaning nozzle, ergonomic handle, etc apart from that anyway.

*. The soft power button embedded hand tool.

*. The motor used 7.1 Amps, so this won't be as powerful as they can get and the motor Amps are few stirs below the standard 12Amps. But it will be quite than usual which is an added advantage for mothers with small kids or babies.

*. Upright and Steam ready cleaner.

*. Weight is 11.3kg so won't be a portable steam cleaner like the shark model for instance.

*. No manual height adjustments and are available and adjusted according to the surfaces by the machine itself.

*. It has two large tanks for storing both dirty water and the clean one for steam generation (each has the capacity of 3.8 liters roughly). And remember that the weight will go a bit higher again after filled with water also.

*. The wire cord has a length just above 6 meters which is not the longest but OK (will have use extension cables if needed).

*. No different brush rotations.

*. The cleaning nozzle has a length of 11.5 inch which should cover a reasonably larger area but the unusual height will be troublesome when trying to clean places where spaces is limited (under beds for example).

*. The steam hose also has a length of 2 meters and altogether (wire + hose + cleaning path) they should make some decent lengths.

*. But the biggest disappointment is the negation of the heater. Meaning that if you want steam then you'll have to boil the water all by yourself and fill up tank, etc. So remember this if you're going to purchase this.

There isn't any tank full indicators meaning that you'll have to check it manually. But please remember that in comparison the deep steamer may seem like a tool with a lot of negative aspects but in my opinion it is not such a bad choice because it'll cost you only $50 if you purchase it through amazon. The hoover patented spinscrub brushes can do some pretty good cleanings than the conventional brushes.

This can be used on many types of surfaces such as tiles, rugs, carpets (especially), etc but as a final note the biggest disappointment is the dropped heater function which maybe the one that makes you think twice before purchasing the hoover steamvac supreme deep cleaner. But it is surprisingly cheap... maybe the price got in the way of its ability perform.
