The tank can be removed when refilling and it creates steam within impressive 30 seconds. So you don't have to wait in "minutes" until the steam is available. As mentioned above this is a multi surface cleaner and apart from those mentioned surfaces you can use it on hardwood floors as well. The carpet glider not only deep cleans the carpets but will leave some nice odors thanks to the included refresher.

The power cord length may be a bit of a problem if you have larger rooms but you can always use a little help from an extension cable in those cases (so not a biggie! to worry much about). The micropads are machine washable. The 9" nozzle makes it easy to glide under objects such as beds and furniture without much of a hassle.

It tends to left more steam than required sometimes, so carpets or wood floors might take a while to dry out (but again this is not a big concern, its not like it pours water on those surfaces, just a slight difference only).

So if you want something that is very easy to use, glides with ease, cost a little and can be used on a lot of floors, etc then the Bissell steam mop deluxe 31n1 can be recommended for you. This however is not a commercial heavy duty product only recommended for light-duty jobs.
