If you have any health issues (allergies to dust, etc) then this is highly recommended and even have the approval of the British Allergy Foundation. Thanks to the powerful motor, it delivers better suctions than the upright vacuum cleaners and so much easier to use too. The power cord has the auto-rewind feature, so when you're done cleaning, just push a button and it'll suck the wire all by itself.

Although the hose attachment doesn't swivel well sometimes but not a big issue once you get used to it. The cleaning head is capable of removing pet hair as mentioned and you'll see the best results while using on hardwood and carpets.
