Dyson DC15 is a very powerful upright vacuum cleaner that came with the Dyson "ball" technology. This can be used on almost all types of surfaces, uses common technologies such as root cyclonic,bag-less, wider cleaning nozzle and even comes with a telescopic wand of its own as well.

Unlike with other products this has the "dyson ball" technology. What this does is that, instead of the more conventional rotating wheels, it has a rotating ball. Not only it provides smoother motions but according to Dyson unlike with the wheels since all the weight is "concentrated" on a single wheel it enhances the overall stability as well.

The nozzle is wider (13.6 inches) and somewhat slim which makes it ease to reach areas such as under furniture, couch, chairs, etc but may not fit under them always (in that case you can use the help of the wand). Thanks to its excellent suctions and the powerful nozzle gives excellent results on carpets and rugs especially and even outperformed some of the Hoover wind-tunnel series as well.

As always with Dyson ... the durability is at its maximum. The wire cord is long (37 ft) which is an added advantage if you have to clean a larger area (long hall with carpets for instance). Depending on the floor make sure to adjust the brush rotations to minimize the damages. The wand also has an impressive length of its own (about 17 ft) as well.

So if you want a vacuum with superior suctions, impressive durability and should be multi-floor ready but willing to pay the higher price then the Dyson DC15 is one of the best of its kind without a doubt!.
