Although a conventional steam cleaner can clean your floors but it's certainly not for those hard to reach places like inside of your bathtub, kitchen sink, ovens, kids toys, etc. Since SteamFast SF-226 does not use any chemicals, 100% safe around kids as well. But if you have kids then be very careful while cleaning because that pressurized steam can do some real damages!. So pay extra attention to those wondering little ones :).
Anyhow after filling the cup it'll generate the steam within 3 minutes then you can use it. For continues steam outputs, you'll have to keep pushing the button which is a good thing actually, because it helps to "preserve" the (you know, it only squeeze steam only needed) steam thus resulting a longer steam output. As said it works great on stains, grime, etc and when combined with the sharp to wider looking nozzles, you can use it to clean your kitchen sink, tap and even on woodwork and lot other places/materials as well.
Although it cleans really well but tends to be a bit louder, not unbearable noises but a bit loud. The wire cord length is also pretty decent when considering its size and caliber. So, if you want a lightweight steam cleaner that can be used to remove dust/stains, grime, etc on your kitchen and other "tough places" and also wants it to be cheap, then I highly recommend the SteamFast SF-226 for you.
