Dyson dc27 total clean is an another powerful upright vacuum cleaner, which according to Dyson has 23 different patent technologies and apart from the standard upholstery + stairs cleaning utilities, it also features a special nozzle attachment for removing pet hair as well. It's especially designed to get under beds, furnitures, etc with ease too. While on carpets the few different height adjustments (3 to be precise) are all done automatically by the vac itself which is another benefit.

This is a very powerful vacuum not to mention the 255 AW suctions, and while using on carpets the motorized brushes + powerful suctions removed impressive amounts of dust!. And since all the (two actually) attachments are embedded on the main body one can easily pickup the attachment without having to worry about where you put it in the last time (oh what a relief right?).

This is not the most quietest of all vacs but still for its size and caliber it has moderate noises. This can be used on all sorts of floors but as said before it does an amazing job on carpets. And with the help of the hose combined with the help from the attachments (2) you can easily clean upper areas with reasonable lengths (17ft) as well (has an especial stair tool also).

If the default nozzle is too wide or thick when trying to clean tighter places then you can use the provided floor tool. So if you're okay with the 8kg weight and the price then the Dyson DC27 Total Clean is an excellent all floor ready powerful upright. A highly recommended product.
