Dirt Devil Swivel Glide Vacuum

Dirt devil swivel glide is a bagless upright vacuum cleaner in which the manufacture have been able to pack a lot of user friendly (+ useful) features but at the same time the weight is kept to a minimum. You can even take it on a staircase single handed, although it's not as light as the Dyson dc35 handheld but for its size and purpose it is impressively light in weight.

Here are some of the main hardware details in brief...

*. The standard 12 Amp motor delivers powerful air suctions + brush rotations. This is especially made out to be used on almost all bare floors and carpets (including rugs of course).

*. Does not use bags.

*. Packed with the "Microfresh" technology the HEPA filters are capable of filtering 99% of common dust particles (including the allergens) in your home.

*. The wire cord is about 7.6 meters (or 25ft).

*. As usual with most of their products (or even with other products such as this Eureka 4870gz boss smart vac upright vacuum) a headlight is also provided.

*. Five different height adjustments available.

*. For accessories it comes with a crevice tool, extension wand and a dusting brush.

*. Comes with a soft bumper.

*. 13 Inches of nozzle width.

*. Weight is about 6 kg. So a very lightweight product in comparison with this Dyson DC19 Origin for instance.

*. Two years of warranty period.

User Feedback Section
Thanks to the suctions + the motorized brushes this is a great vac for removing for pet hair removals. If you're not fond of the barefoot switch design then you'll have to bend every time you want to on or off this product. But the foot switch on the other hand is very easy to operate (just touch it with your foot and its on! do the same to turn it off). However the output location of the wire cord is a bad move (comes under it..).

Since it comes out of the bottom of the Swivel Glide it tends to drag away with the machine and sometimes you'll have to even jump over it to avoid difficulties. So the wire cord location is really a bad idea, remember that. It may not have the best suctions but still it cleans well and as a result has moderate noises too.

It comes with few tools of its own and make sure to use them according to your surfaces to get the maximum out of it. And as a final note - if you're fine with the wire issue, then the Dirt Devil glide can certainly be recommended.
