*. The main switch is actually a food-switch. Now I personally don't like foot switches that much since you can have better control via the standard handle switch. But again it is a personal choice and the speed controller is mounted on the handle anyway.

Few things about the MultiCyclone Technology
This is their patent and customized cyclone technology. And one of the common problems of vacuum cleaner users is that when the bag (or the tank) reaches its maximum capacity the machine switches the suction automatically and even though after closing the bag simultaneously still some of the dust that are remained in the hose, etc will be spilled on the floors. But according to the dirt devil this technology has the ability to avoid that. And also

*. Weight is about 7.2-7.3 kg mark and will be really easy to use (if not needed frequent lifting, etc).
Some of the User Feedback
It has a bit similar look n feel of Dyson designs but the dirt devil version is a lot cheaper (but works as really well too). The default cleaning nozzle is capable of reaching under tight corners and furniture without having to worry about changing it frequently but the crevice will come in handy in times anyway. Disposal method is easy to follow. Just push a button and the dirt tank will be removed from the main unit.
As said, this can be used on a lot of floors and easy to use as well. The suctions are pretty good too. Although the 7 kg + weight is not exactly light in comparison with some others but still it is totally reasonable when considering its power and other features.
Remember it has a see-through dust-can but under heavy suctions it won't be that easy to see whether it's full or not. So be sensitive to the suctions and if you feel they've reduced unusually then it is a sign that it is full or near. So for a reasonable price the dirt devil infinity V12 Mp010-6 canister is a pretty good product.
