The SC710S looks very solid. As said you can replace the nozzle with different attachments to suit your needs. Once filled it will take few minutes to heat things up and can give around 15-17 minutes of continues steam outputs which is pretty decent in my opinion. The steam is not as hot as with the ladybug xl2300 for instance but then again for its size and price (the ladybug is very very pricey but one of the best anyway) the temperatures are more than enough.
You can also use it to clean tiles and grout surfaces but it will take longer times because of the nozzle and the total design (this is a hand held one not a commercial surface cleaner). But as said when trying to clean inside the oven or cars, etc because of its smaller size it can do some pretty good cleanings nonetheless. It won't leave much water on the floors thus dries them out pretty quickly as well.
So as a final note, this is not suitable for cleaning larger rooms, etc... but for things like cleaning kitchen, furniture (or other smaller hard to reach areas, etc), inside oven, etc then shark super steamer is a pretty good easy to use steamer nonetheless.
